Hangeul and Computer will join hands with Naver Cloud to target education and public markets with Hancom Office equipped with ultra-large AI.
Hancom and Naver Cloud announced on the 29th that they have signed a strategic partnership to apply Naver Cloud's ultra-large AI "HyperCLOVAX" to Hancom Office, which supplies to education and public markets.
Naver Cloud is planning to unveil Hyper Clova X in July. More than 97% of the learning data is an AI model characterized by being able to express Korean naturally in Korean. I learned Korean laws, institutions, and cultural contexts by learning data such as Naver news and blogs. In other words, it is easy to implement AI services tailored to Korean characteristics.
Hancom will apply this to Hancom Office and introduce Hancom Office specialized in public institutions, including schools and research institutes. To this end, the two companies decided to form a consultative body to jointly develop customized AI functions.
Lim Tae-gun, managing director of Naver Cloud's sales division, said, "Hyper Clova X can be optimized for customers' purposes," adding, "We will cooperate with Hancom to expand the domestic ultra-large AI ecosystem to actively support companies' AI transformation."
"Starting with this cooperation, we will cooperate in all directions to build specialized AI services required by various fields such as companies and finance," said Jin Sung-sik, head of Hancom's business division. "We will upgrade AI technology so that Hancom Office can become a next-generation document platform using super-large AI technology."
